Spirit Camp is a queer-celebrated, inclusive space. We welcome groups who embrace LGBTQIA+ belonging, diversity, and the richness of different lived experiences. *

Spirit Camp is a substance-free space. For retreats and gatherings, no alcohol, cannabis, or other mind-altering substances are permitted onsite at any time, including microdosing and use framed as medicinal. We do not host medicine ceremonies or plant medicine work. For weddings only, light beer and wine can be served through our licensed bar vendor during the celebration itself only, never self-serve. *

Sobriety is central to the experience here. For weddings, light beer and wine can be served through our licensed bar vendor during the celebration itself, a way to honor a meaningful bottle or include relatives who'd expect a toast. This is intentionally light use, not a focal point of the weekend, and never self-serve. Cases of alcohol, open bars, or alcohol-forward programming are not a fit.

Spirit Camp is a healing space, not a hotel or resort. We ask everyone who comes here to bring awareness and care, with yourself, with each other, with the land, and with the more-than-human beings who live here. *

Our preferred caterers prepare a vegetarian-friendly menu by default. Dairy and eggs are welcome. Sustainably sourced fish, poultry, or wild game (venison, bison, buffalo) can be added through our caterers. We don't serve beef or pork, in support of climate-conscious choices. *

Yes, communal bathrooms works for me and my group. Heated communal bathrooms are steps away with private toilets and showers with hot water. En-suite lodging is available at nearby inns just a short drive from camp – must book separately.

What training, teachers, or lineages inform your work as a facilitator? * For healing and transformational retreats, we ask a few questions about your training and practice. A few sentences each is plenty, we're looking for honesty and specificity, not polish. Specifics help: who you studied with, what you trained in, how long. Embodied apprenticeship counts alongside certifications.

What's within the scope of what you offer, and what's outside of it? * For example, if a participant brings up something beyond what your work is designed to hold, how do you handle that?
