Yes, my event is a sober and substance-free experience. This value is in alignment with my community. If alcohol or other substances is a part of your vision for this event, we're not the right venue.

Spirit Camp is a sobriety-centered space. Even for events where light alcohol is permitted, this is not a drinking-centered venue. Light use means one beer or one glass of wine per adult, per day — served mindfully, not as a focal point of the gathering. Cases of alcohol, open bars, or alcohol-forward programming are not a fit here.

Spirit Camp is a living space with a community spirit, not a hotel. We ask that all guests treat the land, the spaces, and our team as they would a cherished host: with gratitude, awareness, and a sense of shared responsibility for the space we're all in together. *

Spirit Camp’s kitchen is a vegetarian facility where dairy and eggs are welcome. *

Our group will have a fully vegetarian or vegan menu (dairy and eggs are welcome).

Our group is requesting to have fish, poultry or game (venison, bison or buffalo) prepared by one of your in-house caterers.

If your group would like meat, it must be sourced and prepared by one of our in-house caterers who follow our vegetarian-friendly meat prep protocols. We kindly ask for no beef or pork in support of reforestation and climate-conscious choices.

I understand that there are no attached bathrooms to any cabins. *

Yes, communal bathrooms works for me and my group. Heated communal bathrooms are steps away with private toilets and showers with hot water. En-suite lodging is available at nearby inns just a short drive from camp – must book separately.
